Payment Options

We accept charge and credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

You can safely send us your credit card number via PayPal or Square's secure server.

Pricing

We do our best to make sure that all of the information on this site is accurate. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item may be priced incorrectly.

  • If the item's correct price is lower than our stated price, then we will charge you the lower price and ship the item to you.
  • If the item's correct price is higher than our stated price, then we will contact you and wait for your instructions before shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged based on the state you reside.  The final confirmation page displayed when you order shows the sales tax we will charge on your order

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It's that simple.*

*This satisfaction guarantee policy is for purchases made through this site only. Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 10 days. After 10 days, requests regarding product defects or order errors will be considered.

How to Return an Item

  • Please return items as soon as possible. Returns must be made within 10 days to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.  This excludes Christmas Trees, Wreaths, and Garland.  Please provide pictures showing the problem with the item.
  • Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
  • Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely.
  • Send it to the return address on your shipping label.
  • If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and email to lanternfarmnc@gmail.com.
  • For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
  • A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by LanternFarm®.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
